The Health Services page directs students to TimelyCare using their Schreiner email.
Use the university’s current link and make sure you can receive messages in that account. If you are approaching the allowance shown in your current service information, ask how to discuss options. Clarify who contacts an outside practice, what information it needs and how you can check its charges. Keep that administrative conversation distinct from decisions about your care, which belong with the clinicians involved. If a suggested contact is unavailable or impractical, return with the specific barrier so the next conversation can address it.
