For current patients
Everything you need between appointments
Refills, forms, policies and the portal. If what you need is not here, call 469-733-0848 during clinic hours and a person will answer.
Client portal
Messages, appointments, documents and billing. The portal is the secure channel — please use it rather than email for anything about your care.
Open the portal ↗Request a refill
Routine refill requests are processed within 48 hours. Controlled substances have different rules — read them before you request.
Refill requests →Forms and paperwork
Intake forms, releases, records requests, and the documentation we can and cannot provide for work or school.
Forms →Practice policies
Cancellations, no-shows, telehealth etiquette, prescriptions between visits, and what happens in an emergency.
Policies →Quick answers
I need to cancel or reschedule
Cancel through the portal or call 469-733-0848 at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, is billed at $100 and insurance does not cover it.
I need a refill
Request it through the portal or call. Routine refills are processed within 48 hours. Controlled substances require an active monthly visit — see the refills page.
I have a billing question
Call 469-733-0848 during clinic hours or message billing through the portal. Most insured patients pay $0–$30 per visit; published self-pay rates are on the pricing page.
My telehealth link is not working
Close the app, reopen the link from your appointment reminder, and if it still fails call 469-733-0848. We will switch the visit to phone rather than lose the appointment.
I am in crisis right now
Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7), or call 911 in an emergency. Lyte is an outpatient clinic and does not provide crisis or after-hours coverage — do not wait for a portal reply.
After hours and emergencies
Lyte is an outpatient clinic. There is no after-hours on-call service, and portal messages are read during clinic hours only. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply here.
