Begin with the student center for a student-service request
The Student Wellness and Counseling Center publishes a phone scheduling route and identifies its office as Warrior Hall Suite 207L.
When calling, explain that you are a student and say what you want help arranging. If you already have an appointment or spoke with another university office, mention that so staff can identify the request. Ask which office will confirm the visit and where to arrive. Keeping the service name beside the phone contact helps avoid directing a later cancellation or question to the other center.

Explain who would attend a couples appointment
The student center describes its couples option for pairs who are both A&M–Central Texas students. It points other couples to the community clinic.
Give the office the enrollment situation accurately and ask which intake applies. Do not assume that one person’s student status settles the arrangement for both participants. Before contacting the suggested clinic, agree on a few workable times and ask how each participant completes any required paperwork. Let the clinic explain its process rather than submitting separate requests that staff may not recognize as the same appointment inquiry.

Use the community clinic’s own phone intake
The Community Counseling and Family Therapy Center has a separate phone number and is appointment-only. Its telecounseling inquiry instructions ask callers to leave their name and a reliable callback number; the page says the clinic does not communicate by email or fax.
Use the contact published on that clinic’s page, then ask what happens after the initial call. If you need a remote appointment, state that preference and confirm the format when staff respond. A callback request is still a request. Keep it separate from an appointment confirmation that identifies the date, service and joining or arrival instructions.

Settle scope and charges with the clinic handling the visit
The community clinic describes discussing fees during scheduling and referring requests outside its scope. The student center also describes outside referrals when additional services are needed.
Ask the office receiving your request whether it can address the service you are seeking and which charges apply. Do not carry a student-center arrangement into the community clinic or an outside practice. If a referral is suggested, write down its purpose and the next contact. Ask the receiving service which records or other documents it needs, and confirm how those should be supplied before sending them.

Considering therapy or medication management at Lyte
Lyte provides therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Ask which service and clinician fit your needs. A medication evaluation does not guarantee a prescription or continuation of a particular medication.
Lyte Psychiatry offers telehealth visits to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. In-person appointments take place at Lyte’s Pantego clinic; this campus guide does not describe a Lyte office at the institution.
Coverage and costs depend on your specific plan, clinician, visit type and deductible. Confirm network status and expected costs before booking. A student plan, parent’s plan or campus referral does not by itself establish Lyte coverage.
Request a Lyte appointmentConfirm appointment format, availability and costs before booking. For questions, call 469-733-0848. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. Weekend appointments are limited and offered case by case.
Send medical records and insurance details only through the practice’s approved secure intake process.
Questions before you arrange care
Are the two Warrior Hall centers the same appointment service?
Keep their contacts separate. Check the full center name on the confirmation, then use that office for arrival directions, questions or changes. A nearby location does not make the intake processes interchangeable.

What should I clarify before requesting a remote visit?
Tell the community clinic where you expect to attend, ask whether the requested format can be arranged and check how confirmation will arrive. Follow the clinic’s current phone instructions rather than assuming email is an accepted intake channel.
