When the clinic on post is booked out
Wichita Falls sits a two hour drive from the Metroplex, and the local civilian mental health bench is thin; our own analysis of CDC data puts the surrounding counties among the more underserved in North Texas. If the clinic on base cannot see you soon, or you would rather keep care fully separate from the installation, the TRICARE network is the other lane, and we sit in it.

TRICARE, referrals, and what a visit costs
We are in network with TRICARE, including for instructor families stationed at Sheppard on longer tours. NATO partner families should call us and we will sort out coverage honestly, since arrangements vary by country. Commercial plans work as usual, and we verify everything before the first visit.
